Insolvency Administrator

The insolvency administrators of other Member States seeking to provide insolvency services upon establishment in the Republic of Lithuania or on a temporary and occasional basis must meet all requirements applicable for provision of insolvency services in the Republic of Lithuania, he/she must be not subject to (even temporary) prohibition to engage in the insolvency administrator professional activities.
