Lithuania is welcoming the entry of 25 new international corporations, while 28 companies already doing business in Lithuania confirmed their development plans. Results show that we are on the right track by growing direct foreign investments to turn them into a long-term strategic direction of progressive Lithuania,&#8221; said Minister of Economy and Innovation Au&#353;rinė Armonaitė.\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp style=\"text-align:justify\">According to the data of Invest in Lithuania, in the last three years from 2021, 157 investment projects were attracted, which are expected to create over 14,000 jobs. In three years, the investments reached EUR 516 million.\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp style=\"text-align:justify\">&#8220;To be competitive in the world, we have to increase investments into research and development sector. One of the ways to do so is to attract foreign investors to bring their contributions to development of innovative products and services in our country. Therefore, with the money of this invitation we will promote research and development and cooperation, increase transfer of technologies between large and very small, small and medium enterprises operating in the fields of technology and innovations.
