This provides Lithuania with an opportunity to leverage their experience and connections in the USA and strengthen collaboration between Lithuania and the Nordic countries. It facilitates partnerships with companies, startups, academic institutions, and innovation-promoting agencies from the Nordic region.
“InnoHub Lithuania” will offer comprehensive support to Lithuanian high-tech companies:
Assemble U.S.-based mentors to advise innovative Lithuanian businesses on business development, sales, marketing, business law, finance, and other topics.
Organize events and business missions to showcase Lithuania’s business potential and innovation ecosystem to U.S. investors.
Help establish strategic connections with legal entities in the USA.
Provide Lithuanian companies with a U.S. address.
Who can become members of “InnoHub Lithuania”?
Lithuanian high-tech companies. Priority is given to companies in the fields of information and communication technology (ICT), laser technology (photonics), and biotechnology.
Other important requirements:
A company engaged in economic activity in Lithuania, whether micro, small, medium-sized, or large; having revenue and employees and already exporting or intending to export to the USA; large companies can only participate in the HUB at their own expense; the company is considered reliable; it is registered on the Innovation Agency’s “B2Lithuania” platform; it has sufficient revenue and employees; the product/service has potential in the U.S. market; and the company meets the conditions for receiving de minimis aid (a detailed list of criteria will be provided).
