Patent Attorney

Certificate of recognition of professional qualifications is issued to nationals of the Member States of the European Union, the States of the European Economic Area and the Swiss Confederation as well as of third countries, who intend to pursue professional activities of a patent attorney in the Republic of Lithuania. The applicant or his/her authorized representative shall complete and submit to the Institute of Patent Attorneys (hereinafter referred to as “the Institute”) the application for recognition of the professional qualifications of patent attorneys for pursuing professional activities of a patent attorney in the Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter referred to as “the application”) and the documents referred to in paragraph 4 of the Description.
