Property or business valuer
The property or business valuers of other Member States (hereinafter referred to as the “valuers”) seeking to evaluate property or business in the Republic of Lithuania upon establishment or on a temporary and occasional basis must meet all requirements applicable for evaluation of property in the Republic of Lithuania, he/she must be not subject to (even temporary) prohibition to engage in the property valuer professional activities. The valuer may be established as an independent property valuer (self-employed) or work under the employment contract for the property valuation company.
