Securing Europe’s Engineering Technology Supply Chains
Lithuanian Professionals Club in Oslo, in collaboration with the Lithuanian Embassy, Innovation Agency Lithuania, Invest Lithuania and LINPRA is organizing an event centered on the electronics sector as part of Oslo Innovation Week 2026.
Oslo Innovation Week is an annual umbrella event uniting over 80 events organized by a diverse range of participants, including Norwegian and international businesses, startups, investors, public sector organizations, academia, and innovators all focused on delivering practical solutions for the Sustainable Development Goals, taking place from October 19-23 this year.
This event presents a great opportunity to unite key stakeholders from Norway and Lithuania, offering valuable exposure to Norway’s industrial businesses, research institutions, and investors while discussing inclusive and sustainable industrialisation and innovations.
This event explores how Europe can strengthen its engineering technology supply chains in line with SDG 9: Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure, with a focus on reducing critical dependencies and building resilient industrial capabilities.
With a particular emphasis on Lithuania-Norway cooperation, the session will highlight key areas across innovation in electronic engineering, supply chain infrastructure, and localised manufacturing where Europe remains vulnerable.
Bringing together industry leaders, investors, and innovators from both countries, the discussion will focus on how closer collaboration and targeted investment can secure access to critical technologies, strengthen shared value chains, and support sustainable industrial growth.
