A legal and artificial intelligence expert specialising in AI regulation, responsible AI use and human rights. Her work focuses on the practical implementation of the EU AI Act, providing guidance to the AI ecosystem, and assessing legal and ethical risks associated with AI.

Goda is Lithuania’s designated national contact expert on AI literacy and contributes to the development of recommendations by the European AI Board on AI literacy under Article 4 of the EU AI Act.
